Experience: Mr. Swallow is a licensed real estate broker, he also holds a general contractors license. Mr. Swallow has been selling real estate since 1971. His diverse background includes not only a direct involvement as a principal, but also the added dimension of boots-on-the-ground experience in all phases of development, subdivision, construction and timber harvesting.

He has sold thousands of acres of land in the four North Bay Counties of Napa, Sonoma, Marin and Mendocino.
